Digital Marketer (Google Ads Expert)

Requirements:

Master in online marketing FB, IG, TIKTOK & GOOGLE ADS
At least 2 years of experience in online marketing and social media
Excellent knowledge in Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager
Master ‘Retargeting’ and ‘Conversion’ advertising techniques
Can work with different stakeholders and works well independently too
Excellent copywriting skills
Tech savvy and has good knowledge of online marketing tools.
Skill tambahan dalam menggunakan Google Workspace seperti Google Slide, Google Sheet dan Google Doc serta Zoom Meet. Kami menggunakan kesemua ini most of the time!
Coachable, open minded dan suka belajar benda baru.
Great understanding of marketing & sales funnel.

Responsibilities:

Manage, plan, optimize and execute all digital marketing campaigns across social media & display campaigns to generate leads/sales
Communicating and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to optimise funnels and ads creatives
Can help in producing copywriting for ads and if in need of producing new video ads including choosing location to shoot.
Coordinate with designer to ensure that all design objectives are in line with resolved digital marketing strategies
To plan and to monitor campaign’s spending against budget allocation.
Monitor, record and report performance of all ads campaigns (ROI and KPIs) on daily basis
Do marketing research and planning(creative, trend, SEM) to improvise online audience experience and react to competitor strategies.
Understand conversion funnels, track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns for improvement, and offering long and short term strategies and tactics
