Finance Executive

Salary Range: RM2,000-RM2,500

Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
• Data entry skills, dealing with complexity.
• Attention to detail & thoroughness.
• Developing standards
• Analysing information.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interact with colleagues and management effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills to handle high volumes of paperwork.
• Integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new accounting practices and software.

Responsibilities:

• As company’s bookkeeper.
• Maintains records of financial transactions; verifying, allocating and posting transactions; ensure legal requirements compliance.
• Develops system related to all accounts and finances, ensures compliance.
• Maintains and balances the general ledger.
• Reconciles bank statements.
• Processes data from various e-commerce apps (such as Onpay, Stripe, Toyyibpay, Kajabi, Billpliz, Woocommerce); reconciles all sales data, payouts and receivables.
• Processes invoices, payments and receipts – requires use various applications such as Wave, FB, TikTok and Google.
• Maintains historical records by filing documents – this shall be via cloud application such as Google Drive and Dropbox.
• Prepares financial reports by collecting, analysing and summarising account information and trends.
• Processes claims.
•  Prepare documents and records for audits.
• Assist auditors during the audit process by providing necessary information.
