Junior Account Executive

Salary Range: RM1500-RM2000

Requirements:

● Diploma or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
● Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
● Data entry skills, dealing with complexity.
● Attention to detail & thoroughness.
● Developing standards
● Analysing information.
● Good written and verbal communication skills.
● Ability to interact with colleagues and management effectively.
● Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
● Strong organizational skills to handle high volumes of paperwork.
● Integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
● Willingness to learn and adapt to new accounting practices and software.

Responsibilities:

● As company’s bookkeeper.
● Maintains records of financial transactions; verifying, allocating and posting transactions; ensure legal requirements compliance.
● Develops system related to all accounts and finances, ensures compliance.
● Maintains and balances the general ledger.
● Reconciles bank statements.
● Processes data from various e-commerce apps (such as Onpay, Stripe, Toyyibpay, Kajabi, Billpliz, Woocommerce); reconciles all sales data, payouts and receivables.
● Processes invoices, payments and receipts – requires use various applications such as Wave, FB, TikTok and Google.
● Maintains historical records by filing documents – this shall be via cloud application such as Google Drive and Dropbox.
● Prepares financial reports by collecting, analysing and summarising account information and trends.
● Processes claims.
● Prepare documents and records for audits.
● Assist auditors during the audit process by providing necessary information.
