Human Resource Executive

Salary: RM2,500-RM3,000

Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in the related field.
• Minimum 1 - 2 years experience working in the related field. 
• Must have good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken)
• Well-developed coaching, consulting and negotiating skills.
• Able to work independently and multitask. 
• Able to start immediately & lives in Selangor/ KL
• Mahir menggunakan Google Workspace seperti Google Slide, Google Sheet dan Google Doc serta Zoom Meet. Kami menggunakan kesemua ini most of the time!
• Boleh handle tight deadlines and short bursts of pressure!
• Coachable, open minded  dan suka belajar benda baru.

 Responsibilities 

• Lead, develop and manage all aspects of the HR function in line with our values and business objectives.
• Assist and check all the documentation files related to HR such as EPF, SOCSO & EIS, Payroll Report, S.O.P, and others.
• Manage the staffing processes, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.
• Check and manage the payroll report and salary payment.
• Prepare paperworks, memo, letters and correspondence to company related to HR.
• Manage workplace safety issues and complaints.
• Coordinate staff performance management including KPI achievement, disciplinary and work behaviour.
• Ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to and keep up to date.
• Knowledge of the Malaysian Employment Act, labour laws, and HR practices will be an added advantage.

• Develop Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) where applicable.
